Have YOU ever been featured in Billboard Magazine? Yeah, me neither and this fact alone breaks my little writer heart. Now am I jealous that singer jesse saint john has a blurb in this month’s first ever Pride-themed magazine? Duhhh, but that’s okay. I’m super proud of him anyway.

I’m not even going to pretend I watched the BET Awards — let’s just get that out of the way. With that said, here is the only thing I like about DJ Khaled: his son! He is so adorable. Now, someone fill me in: Did Asahd take home all the awards??? No??!?!?? THAT IS A TRAVESTY!!!!

Moody R&B/hip hop artist 6LACK is also gearing up for a new release. His Instagram feed tells us he’s finally finished, and from the sound of it (as he casually smokes himself out in his whip), it is going to be straight FIRE. Keep your ears tuned for this one.

I heard Jamie Foxx did a pretty decent job hosting the BET awards, but that doesn’t come as a shocker. Dude is all class — he even invited Donald Glover on stage to give him acclamations for “This is America.”

I leave you with a drunk-ass Nicki Minaj, celebrating with Big Sean over her new video. In this video, Nicki Minaj is me: several drinks in and slurring about how she loves everyone. “Okay,” Big Sean responds to her when she’s rambling, and in that instant, he is all of my friends — incredibly annoyed that I can’t handle my alcohol.
