When was the last time someone asked for your opinion let alone feature your opinion on a tastemaking blog? I ask because I’m doing something different this week for the best of indie pop songs column. Rather than me telling you what I have to say ... the best-curated pop picks is highlighting the fans or haters in some cases. We’ve not only filtered through the internet for the latest and best music releases, but we’ve also filtered YouTube for our favorite comments. Let’s get to it and enjoy music from our girl Salem, Lizzo,

Ok for this one can I just say one thing … BOP! Yes, Salem! This is the kind of music that clings to your ears … we’re in fan girl mode right now.
