THEIR/THEY’RE/THERE – NEW BLOOD

This band isn’t only making cool music videos, but also giving a nation of dummies a much-needed grammar lesson. Finally, a rock band with some priorities. Now who wants some blood waffles? Straight off the hotplates of hell. If you dig this track, get their new Analog Weekend EP. It’s the responsible thing to do!

SAY LOU LOU - BETTER IN THE DARK

This video takes this track from cool to weird in 3:30 minutes, but that’s what we like about it. Is this what life is like for cross-eyed people? More blood! Do I smell a trend arising in the music video community? Probably not.

AVICII - HEY BROTHER

There’s no bond quite like brotherhood. Of course I have no idea what I’m talking about because I’m of the female kind and I don’t have any brothers, but I’m sure it’s wonderful. I guess I could just join the army, that’s brotherhood too, right? But a gang seems more my style. Any vacancies available out there in gangland? I’m good at….nothing much.

MOGWAI – THE LORD IS OUT OF CONTROL

I don’t particularly understand what’s going on here, but that’s usually the making of a good music video. There are girls swinging around on big hoops though, so that’s pretty cool.

LANA DEL RAY – TROPICO

If you like short films and are willing to spend 27 minutes on Lana Del Ray, then this is right up your alley. Apparently over a million other people do, so I guess we’ve missed her old Hollywood charm. I sure have!

LITTLE DAYLIGHT – OVERDOSE

If this is the first time you’re hearing this, then you’re way behind the trendy hipster scene. As for the music video, it’s almost as addictive as this hit song. Let’s boogy!

SHORTSTRAW – COUCH POTATO

There’s nothing like a little South African magic to lift your mood. If you don’t know who Shortstraw are, read this, then enjoy all the awesomeness.

CRYSTAL FIGHTERS - LOVE NATURAL

There’s nothing sweeter than childhood daydreams. Especially ones involving teenage girls. Verdict: I LOVE THIS! (Yes, the caps were necessary)

FRYARS – WEDDING CRASHERS, PT. I & II

I haven’t seen storytelling like this for years, and damn it feels good to be impressed. This dude knows what’s up and has a certain essence of a rap god called Slim Shady, mixed with Usher, circa “Confessions” era.

AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER – YOU KNOW ME

I love party videos. I love rewind videos even more. I love lyric videos the best. Put them all together and you get this fun-filled masterpiece. If you don’t know anything about Air Traffic Controller, check them out. You’ll thank me for it.

THUGLI – RUN THIS

That kid is pretty cute. Too bad he turns into a psychopath cop with anger issues. Jeez! Now let’s try and guess which upcoming cop movie this track will feature in.

CALLE 13 FT. JULIAN ASSANGE & TOM MORELLO – MUILTI_VIRAL

Pitbull’s not the only rapper to come out of South America. This dude is doing it much better and he’s even got Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello and Julian Assange on his side. Now that’s power!
