BEST NEW INDIE POP: YOUNGR - OUT OF MY SYSTEM

Man, every once in a while you hear a pop song that deserves every dollar, ever accolade, every fan that comes from it. A song that has the potential to unite us all together in harmony peace and joy like “Hey Ya” or anything by Justin Timberlake pre “Can’t Stop The Feeling!” We here at We Are The Guard think we just found that next great pop song. Get ready to have your socks BLOWN off.

Youngr’s “Out of my System” is a perfectly crafted pop masterpiece. You see what I’m saying, right? I’m not crazy? I know you still have the page open and are already on your fourth or fifth listen. I know I am. It’s almost too bad this song came out last fall because this is a perfect summer tune. Good news is we have a summer coming up quickly on us and it’s never too late for a song this good to take the world by storm. No, this a perfect funky vibe tune with a just the right amount of tropical pop hook that can get everyone from your grandma to your grandaughter dancing.  A+ 10/10 ***** 

For an even dancier version, check out the Galantis remix. But I don’t know why you’d mess around with something as good as the original. Guess everybody’s a critic. Guard Benjamin Groff found this one and I think we all need to bow down like Wayne & Garth and repeat, “we’re not worthy.”
