BEST NEW TRACKS: EDITORS "SUGAR"

UK rockers, Editors, keep managing to find fresh material off their fourth record, The Weight of Love, with the latest single, “Sugar,” being yet another cool song from the record.

“Sugar” is another round of the new-found rockability Editors displayed on their latest effort. Driven by shimmering, U2-eque guitars and some high-hitting keys, “Sugar” is another arena anthem, just waiting to be sung along to at festivals the world over. Along with the single, “Sugar” now has an official video as well. I’ve watched it five times and still don’t know what in the hell is going on, but that doesn’t make it any less transfixing. Maybe it has something to do with ghosts, alternate realities, or just a particularly strong gust of wind that for reasons unknown the band is immune to. It doesn’t matter in the end 'cause the song is great and the visuals are highly enjoyable. Check both out below:
