NEW INDIE POP MUSIC - WEEK 49

12/5/19

Can you believe it peeps. We’re literally done with 2019, well almost done. Good riddance. It was great and all but we can’t wait to see what kind of music goodies 2020 brings. Forget world peace we want more indie-pop music to listen to and curate. Let’s start a petition for more good music, I sure, and I’m sure you as well could use it. For now, how about we just jump into the reason why you’re here. This week our 10 best indie pop songs include Flying Lotus, DOLF, Nick Wilson, and more.

BROOKE CANDY - NYMPH

Brooke Candy returns to us as a mythical creature, but not of any kind on no. This is Brooke Candy we’re talking about. She’s a delicious sexy nymph that claims she is who she is because all she needed was love. This lack of love has turned her into the crazy beautiful thing that she is today.

FLYING LOTUS - BLACK BALLONS REPRISAL FT. DENZEL CURRY

This is a masterpiece, but you of course already knew that. Flying Lotus and Denzel Curry are beasts in their own respectful category, so it’s easy to assume that when collaborating on a track it is safe to say that it will be a scorching hot track.

GLASS ANIMALS, DENZEL CURRY - TOKYO DRIFTING

We’re on a Denzel Curry kick so here’s a single we first brought to you last month, this time though “Tokyo Drifting” comes in form of visuals and like YouTuber Doompy mentioned “these are not peanut butter vibes anymore. I feel the hot creamy Nutella vibes.” Heck yeah he’s tight. Glass Animals be making some creamy silky jams that make everybody want to jump on the collaboration train.

PINK SWEAT$ & DONNY HATHAWAY - THIS CHRISTMAS

You bet you’re pretty cold bottom that we’re joining the holiday spirit, well sort of. Actually not entirely, To be honest we just think Pink Sweat$ & Donny Hathaway did a pretty good job of delivering a Christmas song that doesn’t sound like a Mariah Carey song...no offense Mariah.

DOLF - SEVENTEEN

DOLF joins the ranks of Abba and Ladytron...wtf does that even mean if anytiing at all. In his above single “Seventeen,” DOLF goes on to describe the behavior of a certain indiviual who acts like a pexky annoying hornonly unbalanced teenager. It’s a great track to dedicate to all the morons acting like children.

NICK WILSON - SAY IT NOW

Nick Wilson puts us in a mental state of mind that for some might be too much to handle. It’s that moment in time where you know that the relationship you’re in is as good as our current presudent winning the next election. Nope. Not happening. It’s over. You’re fired. You might need to grab yourself some tissue because it’s the holidays and I don’t know ‘bout you, but I sure as heck don’t want to have no body to kiss under the mistletoe.

BULOW & RICH THE KID - YOU AND JENNIFER

I know a Jennifer and she absolutley sucks. Thanks Bulow for making a songs that I now love.

BILLY EILISH - XANNY

With the holidays here and in full swing … big time heck yes on this track. I’ll take 5 of those little pills please Billie!

MAALA - FIRE BURNING

Maala is here to warm up our days and nights. We hope our friends in the east coast can use this to melt their driveways :)

See you all next week with more indie pop songs.
