Best New Tracks: Panama "How We Feel"

11/2/13

With their best new track "How We Feel," Sydney disco quartet Panama have finally made the song quasi-sleazy guys like myself have been longing for. "How We Feel" is essentially a track about a getting one more booty call from a fractured relationship, an always perilous prospect.

The boys from down under (sorry) make this usual clusterfuck of human interaction sound warm, sexy, inviting, and oh so danceable. "How We Feel" is an upbeat, yet mellow affair, in the vein of acts like Rhye. Lush harmonies and synth squeals that recall the hook from Passion Pit's "Sleepyhead" highlight this tremendous song. I wish this was a body of water, so that I could bathe in it.

Too weird? Ok, fine. Be like that. It's still a really great song that you should listen to, though. Don't believe me? Well you can find out for yourself below:
