NEW ARTIST FINDS: ZAC SAMUEL

Brighton-based producer Zac Samuel has been busy gaining buzz with his fresh remixes of popular tracks and infectious originals that are bound to gain him a spot on the radio next to artists like Calvin Harris or David Guetta. Once you hear his latest track “Set Out Your Loving,” you will quickly understand why we here at BitCandy can’t get enough of this promising new artist that is sure to be the next big thing in mainstream EDM.

ZAC SAMUEL - SET OUT YOUR LOVING

His latest single, “Set Out Your Loving,” is receiving all kinds of praise with its uplifting soulful vocals and infectious synths. There are A LOT of great things going on throughout its duration like ever-changing synths, bouncy electronics, deep bass, and sampled backing vocals that tie the whole thing together. I could easily see this track blowing up on pop radio because it’s fun, tropical, and totally infectious.

ZAC SAMUEL - I'LL BE PUSHIN' ON

“I’ll Be Pushin' On” samples Quantic Soul Orchestra and Alice Russell’s firehouse vocals and it’s a wonderfully dreamy club banger that you’ll keep coming back to. Synths and claps ease you in to the track, before totally sucking you in with bouncing bass-synths, spacey electronics, and a urgent club beat that will get you moving in no time.

KIESZA - HIDEAWAY (ZAC SAMUEL REMIX)

His remix of Kiesza’s breakout hit, “Hideaway,” is totally worth checking out as he puts his own hazy spin on the track. He eases you in with sparkling synths and claps before everything takes off after the 1:00 mark, where pounding keys and a urgent beat make for a version that’s even more uplifting than the original. Things slow down about half way through with barely-there piano that swells itself back in to the banging chorus.
